These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AI Text Cleaner (https://aitextcleaner.pro). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Scope
AI Text Cleaner offers web-based text hygiene and transformation utilities, including free browser-side character sanitizers and server-assisted Pro rewriting services for draft reconstruction.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use AI Text Cleaner in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not submit malicious scripts, engage in abusive automated scraping, or transmit unlawful content through our services.
3. No Detection Bypass Warranties
Our utilities normalize text formatting, eliminate hidden characters, and restructure sentences. However, we do not warrant or guarantee that processed text will bypass third-party AI detectors, academic filters, or classification systems.
4. Billing, Credits & Refunds
Pro features consume credits purchased as one-time packs or active subscriptions through Stripe. In-app self-service cancellations are not supported; all subscription adjustments and refund requests must be directed to support@aitextcleaner.pro.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Text Cleaner shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from service usage or unavailability. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
